Description:

In this missions-oriented message, we will consider several texts from both the Old and New Testaments: Paul's discussion of "boasting in the Lord", Jonathan and his armor-bearer's epic fight against innumerable odds, Nehemiah's powerful "sword and trowel brigade", and the inseparable sacred bond between Jesus and His church. The stories will help us understand the amazing work of God in our midst and what our part in that work truly is. All glory will be given to God as we discuss the footprint He has given our church on the mission field and how important it is for New Hope (and all churches for that matter) to rally to the trumpet's call and there watch in awe and amazement as "our God fights for us!"
